Pricing
For standard mobile notary services (excluding mobile loan signings), the base fee is $40.00. This includes 2 notarization signatures. Mobile loan signing fees are $150.00 for 1 set of loan documents. Additional fees apply for after hours service, no-shows, printing of documents and weekends. Cancellation Policy
I understand that last minute changes in your schedule may be unavoidable and I will try to accommodate those changes as best I can. Please understand that when I make an appointment, I am setting aside enough time to do my best work and that each appointment is for only one client. I do not overbook expecting some of my clients to not show for their appointments. Therefore, a broken appointment results in wasted time for both of us, adding to the cost of providing service for all of my clients. To be fair to everyone involved, if you cancel a scheduled appointment without calling 24-hours prior to scheduled appointment, you will be charged a $60.00 cancellation fee. A bill will be mailed to your address and payment is expected within 15 days. If payment is not received within 45 days, your account will be turned over to a collection agency.
